Every Want Shirt tee is printed to order, so nothing is stocked and nothing is wasted. Here is exactly how long that takes, what it costs, and how to send something back.
You get a confirmation e-mail with your order number straight away.
1–2 business days. Each garment is printed, cured and inspected by hand before it is packed.
You receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves the print house.
Transit takes 4–7 business days on standard delivery. Follow it any time on the track order page.
Rates are per order, not per item — add ten shirts and you still pay one shipping fee. Prices are in USD and are calculated at checkout as soon as you pick your country.

Import duties and local taxes are not included in the price and are not collected by us. If your country charges them, they are due on delivery.
You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered to ask for a return or an exchange. The item has to come back unworn, unwashed and with its tags on.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show the money 3–10 business days after we release it — the delay is on their side, not ours. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is our fault.
An exchange is the fastest route for a size swap: we print the new size as soon as we have confirmed the return is on its way, so you are not waiting twice.
Made-to-order means there is a print queue. Nothing ships before it is printed, which takes 1–2 business days. Tracking only starts updating once the carrier scans the parcel, which can be several hours after you get the e-mail.
Yes, if the shirt has not gone to print. Contact us with your order number as soon as you can and we will hold it.
Free of charge while the order still shows as pending. Once it is printed, it becomes a return instead of a cancellation.
PO boxes are fine on standard delivery. Express and overnight need a street address the courier can sign for.
Check with your neighbours and your building's mail room first, then send us the order number. If it has not turned up 3 business days after the scan, we reprint it.
Every garment is measured flat in our size guide. Compare it with a shirt you already own — it beats guessing from a label.
